Information We Collect
When you use the contact form on our Contact page, we collect the information you choose to provide: your full name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data through this website — there is no account system, newsletter sign-up, or checkout.
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server/access log data for every visitor — such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and the pages requested — for security and technical operation. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information submitted through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange anything you’ve requested — for example, a bespoke commission or a listening session. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not operate a mailing list. If that ever changes, we will only add you to any such list with your separate, explicit consent, and this policy will be updated first.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process the personal data you submit through the contact form on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have voluntarily sent us, and, where relevant, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (for example, arranging a bespoke commission).
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. After that period, the information is deleted.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share personal data with the following third parties, solely to the extent necessary to operate this website and respond to your enquiries:
- DreamHost, our web hosting provider, hosts this website and its database and also delivers the emails generated by our contact form.
- Google LLC provides the interactive map embedded on our Contact page. Loading that page loads content directly from Google, which may set its own cookies and process data such as your IP address, in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed above.
International Data Transfers
This website and its database are hosted by DreamHost in the United States (California). If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, submitting the contact form means your personal data is transferred to, and processed in, the United States. Google, described above, may also process data outside the EU/EEA.
